The drinks you posted sound great, but are just too much effort for me. When I make a blended drink, it's usually much simpler. whey protein + ice + fruit
I've found that vanilla whey is the most versatile. It can easily be mixed with OJ concentrate as you mentioned above, or blueberries, or strawberries, or a banana, or.... ?
But I hate cleaning my blender. Haha.
