I just weighed at 163 with full work clothes on, so I suspect I'm still around the same. Didn't work out last night and broke the diet for a stupid soda (bartender didn't have diet) and a sip of whiskey for a melancholy friend's birthday.
Chest still tight from Tuesday's workout, but by no means sore.
Tonight I think I'm on legs, but I could also do back and biceps. We shall see.

At the Sugarhood gym tonight I weighed in at 161.0. Dunno if it's an error or legit, but I'm stoked.

207.0 this morning. Looks like I have gotten rid of all the extra transient weight and now I guess I actually have to do something to lose the weight. OF course going to a dinner party last night and breaking the diet did not help.
