The first week of a diet is always pretty rough, but the upshot is that you immediately drop some sedentary weight, which gives a little boost of motivation. I have lost 3 pounds in 2 days. Sure it may be a temporary thing because I had a big poop last night, or a really small dinner, but it still gives that extra little nudge to get through the day.

Blargh. That last post was me.
Totally went nuts last night around 12:15am for a midnight binge. 3 fistfuls of Veggie Crisps along with 4 potstickers.
I really need to re-stock my fridge and freezer. I found a bag of unopened but totally freezer burned chicken breasts. I'm sure I've got other freezer burned foods in there too. Purging the freezer tonight. Restocking probably tomorrow.

Binging and purging again? I don't think that is healthy.
purging the fridge is incredibly non-economically wise, but great for the psyche, so I call it a wash. If you can't see everything in the fridge than it causes problems (you forget about stuff and it gets nasty).
FYI, 208.9 this morning. I have no idea how this ties to fat loss, but losing 5-6 lbs in 5 days is at least a step in the right direction.

Adding apple cider vinegar back into my diet as I remember. I think the bit I just had was a little too strong.
As of today at the gym I'm at 162.x
Had a mediocre chest day. Fun, but not as grueling as I'd hoped for.

207.4: I knew it couldn't last forever, but I was hoping for a couple more pounds. Eating at 10:30pm didn't help. I did go on a long walk last night though, so that's a good thing.
