Cheat meals aren't worth it. Stupid social pressure (Jac's friends cooked us dinner and it was important to her that I didn't refuse pretty much everything. It was not TOO bad for me until the ice cream came out.

My scale sucks so all of the weights are estimates as it is not the most consistent method. Either way, I hope to be in the 180s this week (according to my scale)
