Just going to pick a random restaurant chain from time to time and list what they have that is REALLY low in fat. (Some menus lie.)
Heart disease is real, and it is scary. Why not try some of these dishes while you eat out? They'll prevent heart disease, diabetes, neuropathy, strokes, renal failure . . . your body will be very happy!
According to the medical associations, healthy food should be 1/3 fat or less. That's the formula I plan to use.

Health wise I was a big fan of Wendy's chili too. Two large cups of chili = rockin meal with decent protein and complex carb! High in sodium, but drink lots and lots of HARDCORE water and you should be fine.
But their spicy chicken sammich is soooooo yummy. Stupid temptation.

I went to Noodles over the weekend. The girl behind the counter wished us to "have a good dite". She was having troubles deciding on whether it really was day or night.
The soup was awesome. Girl was awesome. Drinks were awesome. Company was awesome. Great experience!
That said, Noodles is by nature high on simple carbs and low on protein.

I agree.
I'm too lazy to try and find the perfect combination of nutrition.
Hence the title "low fat choices at restaurants" as opposed to "bestest healthiest foods ever."
