Netflix causes insomnia both by creating a false sense of urgency to watch everything available all the time and by forcing a sedentary lifestyle.
I'm writing this at 2am after having just finished The Rundown (an AWESOME adumb-film) and having spent another 30 minutes on Netflix trying to get it to recommend me something else that I'll like.
Anyway... I intended to write this post as a reminder to myself to write about Netflix. Kinda got carried away. Off to bed I go.
