I love sushi. I also love all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurants. There is an AYCE sushi place in Layton called "Sushi Ya". The food is decent and I like it. I am just curious if anyone else has been to any really good AYCE sushi places in the Utah.

Ichiro in Sandy. It is a Chinese seafood buffet (very traditional Chinese - baby octopus, salt shrimp, shellfish . . . not for the faint of heart.).
Included in the price is all-you-can-eat sushi. They make it fresh to order while you eat your Chinese food. (Or if you're a sushi fanatic, you can just skip the Chinese and do all sushi!) It is super fresh, there is a TON of variety on their menu, and it is very yummy.
The entire thing costs $18, which includes sushi, Chinese buffet, and drinks.

Not sure about AYCE, but I live right next to Pagoda, which is pretty alright. That's just me bragging, though: I can have sushi within 10 minutes whenever I want!
Much better, though, is Naked Fish on 67 W 100 S downtown. Very fresh, they know their shit and make it right in front of you (!), and I think they may actually have AYCE! Again, not sure, but that place is worth a try anyways.
