I am currently lacking motivation on resuming a fitness regimen. I have a new fitness plan, but am struggling with starting. any suggestions? BTW, I am married and work in a cubicle, so women and work are not really motivators in my case. |

Well, it seems to me that you should quit now and die. |

Despite being married, you should still be attractive for your wife. Working in a cubicle is noble, but not so noble that everyone who sees you assumes you do so. Get to the gym, tubby! |

I should also mention that I get yelled at and told that I am failing in my job daily by my customer, so insults have not motivating effect on me. Wow, that is sort of depressing. |

Sorry. I phrased that poorly. I need to read what I write before I post it. Working in a cubicle is noble, but not so noble that you want everyone who looks at you to immediately assume you do so for a living. And from what I hear, you make savage customers eat from your palm like tame little puppies. Right before you donkey-punch them into oblivion. |
